1) Scope
This Policy applies to purchases made from Evoptic OÜ via our website (digital products, subscriptions, and services).
2) EU/EEA/UK consumer right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer located in the EU/EEA (and in many similar frameworks such as the UK), you generally have the right to withdraw from certain distance contracts within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period typically ends 14 days after the day the contract is concluded (for services/digital content) or after delivery (for goods).
3) Important exceptions for digital content and immediate performance
A) Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (downloads / instant access):
If you choose immediate delivery/access to digital content, you may lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, provided you gave your prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
B) Services:
If you request that a service begins within the withdrawal period, you may lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, provided you gave prior express consent and acknowledged that you will lose the right of withdrawal upon full performance.
We implement this via a checkbox consent at checkout where required.
4) How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To withdraw, email us at hello@evotion.io with:
- your full name,
- order number,
- the product/service purchased,
- and a clear statement that you are withdrawing from the contract.
5) Refund timing and method
If a refund is due, we will process it to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice (or within the time required by applicable law). If access to a digital product was already granted and you validly waived the withdrawal right, a refund is not available except where required by law.
6) Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription anytime from your account (if available) or by emailing hello@evotion.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in the billing period unless required by law or explicitly stated on the checkout page.
7) Non-EU consumers and business customers
For business customers (B2B), statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply. For customers outside the EU/EEA, refund rules may differ; we will comply with mandatory local law where applicable.
8) Chargebacks and fraud prevention
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at hello@evotion.io so we can help. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to suspension of access.
